About Dr. Sarita Sharp
As a native of Indianapolis, IN, Sarita Sharp completed her Doctorate of Chiropractic in 2017 at Sherman College of Chiropractic. While there, she participated in numerous recruitment and outreach activities to help enroll students in their chiropractic journey. Believe it or not, chiropractic was not initially her career goal. Sarita has found that with her athletic interests and willingness to help others, that Chiropractic has truly resonated with her the most.
Dr. Sarita Sharp attended Benedict College of Columbia, South Carolina as a recipient of a full-ride Women’s Golf scholarship and a Presidential Academic scholarship. Benedict College housed the platform of her research experience and her desire to inquire about the unknown. She has participated in a variety of national and international internships, engaged in symposiums, and aided in the development of the research department by opening doors from previous research opportunities.
