The Foxworth Family Chiropractic Scholarship is an achievement-based scholarship awarded to Chiropractic College students. Students are recognized for their capacity to lead and serve and their commitment to making an impact in their communities and the profession.
The Foxworth Family Chiropractic Scholarship, fully funded by ChiroHealthUSA, was established in honor of President Dr. Ray Foxworth’s parents, Dr. Betty Pace Mathews and Dr. Charles Vernon Mathews. ChiroHealthUSA will award $15,000 to the scholarship recipient and donate an additional $10,000 to the chiropractic college where the student is enrolled.
The application for the next award year will open on September 1, 2024. The application deadline for the 2025 Scholarship is March 30, 2025. The scholarship recipient will be notified by July 1, 2025, and honored at the FCA National Convention in Orlando, Florida.

Why is the Discount Challenge prize amount $15,024? Because that is the average “per-occurrence” fine for Medicare inducements.
