Lisa Maciejewski-West is a nationally recognized expert in chiropractic billing, coding, compliance, credentialing, and practice management with more than 40 years of industry experience. She is the founder and CEO of Gold Star Medical Business Services, which supports more than 150 healthcare practices nationwide with billing, compliance, credentialing, and consulting services.

A certified medical coder, compliance officer, auditor, and instructor, Lisa has educated thousands of healthcare professionals through state, national, and international organizations. She serves on the National Advisory Board of the American Medical Billing Association (AMBA), was selected as the 2025 AMBA National Conference Keynote Speaker, and helped launch the Chiropractic Insurance Help Desk in partnership with Chiro Congress, now serving chiropractic associations across the United States.

Lisa also serves on the Chiropractic Future Strategic Plan’s Technical Committee and was appointed by Texas Governor Greg Abbott to the Texas State Office of Risk Management Board, where she serves as Vice-Chair.
